Let me tell you a little bit about myself...

Over the past 10 years of training, I have found my passion is working with women- helping them move better, gain confidence and strength, and live more fulfilling and les frustrating lives. 

Exercise can be simply yet challenging, uplifting not defeating, and progressing in a way that is sustainable.
I am here to be a friend on your fitness journey.


Experience can shape a person and philosophy. 

My story of pregnancy loss, overcoming perfectionism, and becoming a mom strengthened my passion to empower women to do hard things, but start with the simple basics first. The journey isn’t a straight line, and I am here to guide you through all the hills and valleys along the way.
